Store Shipping Policy

Below you will see the policy for Shipping Wine and Liquor out of State.

States we cannot ship to:

Alabama
 Arkansas     Maryland
 Kansas  Kentucky New York
Pennsylvania
 Utah West Virginia

•        Alaska is limited to Fed Ex Express only to Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, Kodiak, Sitka and Valdez.

•    Liquor can ship any time of the year even with the heat.  Not effected as wine is by the temperature change.

•    All shipping of wine may only be done during shipping season.  (cut-off is as soon as the weather reaches over 90 degrees for more than 2 consecutive weeks sometimes late April early May at times.  Shipping resumes as soon as the weather has been under 90 degrees for a consistent 2 weeks) and resuming shipping is decided by our GM. You are more than welcome to purchase an item from AZ Wines during summer months and as long as it is paid for we will hold it till it is cool enough to ship. Shipping charges will not be billed until the wine ships out.

•    If you are insistent on having your wine shipped to you during summer months, we will only do so if you fill out and sign a release form which releases us of any responsibility for the wine once it leaves the store.

•    No 3rd party shipping company may pick up a wine order for shipping.

•    Your own Fed Ex account number may be used for billing purposes but an AZ Wine Employee must create the label to insure all proper set up is done  for the shipping of alcohol.

•    There is no sales tax charged for out of state purchases.
